Golden Fields Catering is committed to providing high-quality food and catering services. As our products are perishable and prepared to order, the following conditions apply to all returns, refunds and cancellations.
Order Accuracy & Quality Issues
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or presents a genuine quality concern, please contact us immediately upon delivery or pick-up.
We may request photos or details to verify the issue.
Where an error or quality problem is confirmed, we will provide one of the following:
* A replacement of the affected items, or
* A refund for the portion of the order that was incorrect or compromised.
Change of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been prepared or dispatched, as all food is made fresh.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations may only be accepted before food preparation begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellation fees may apply.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
To ensure we can investigate and offer a fair resolution, all issues must be reported:
* Within 1 hour of receiving your order for food quality or accuracy concerns
* Within 24 hours for event-related or service-related issues
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Consumer Law
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a remedy if goods or services fail to meet consumer guarantees.
